Complete assessments, establish and update treatment plans, provide skilled interventions, supervise delegated OTA/COTA services as applicable, document timely, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients and delivers skilled home-based occupational therapy under an authorized plan of care to improve safety, independence, and daily function.
