As the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Harrogate Village, you will lead and oversee rehabilitation services within our Life Plan Community while promoting person-centered care, clinical excellence, collaboration, and quality outcomes for residents across all levels of care. • Monitors rehabilitation documentation, MDS tracking, Medicare reporting, therapy outcomes, patient satisfaction, and departmental quality indicators to ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence.
