Additionally, this role is responsible for defining and managing the shared services operating model for OT partners, including enterprise services management and the global T1 project contracting templates used across all platforms, and for coordinating closely with functional contract owners so that partner performance, scope, and deliverables support reliable, compliant, and cost-effective execution of both operational support and capital project work throughout the OT ecosystem. This role provides global governance for the technical aspects of supplier relationships, ensuring that master service agreements, quality plans, service agreements, maintenance agreements, partner KPIs, and platform lifecycle commitments are aligned to the enterprise OT strategy and consistently applied across all sites.
