Provides extensive customer service, answers questions, responds to complaints, processes money orders (Western Union) and cleaner rentals, sells stamps and bus passes, gives out rain checks if necessary. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Air condition while in store, subject to outside conditions of heat, rain, wind while helping customers to their cars, and chill temperatures if products need to be retrieved from chill.
