The DOR provides clinical and administrative leadership, oversees staffing and scheduling, supports regulatory and documentation compliance, monitors department performance, and collaborates with facility leadership to promote excellent resident care. The DOR will oversee PT, OT, SLP, therapy assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students while maintaining strong working relationships with nursing, administration, physicians, residents, families, and referral partners.
