Skill Level: Must be familiar with the acute care hospital setting, have excellent patient handling skills and transfer techniques, be a good communicator, comfortable working with other members of the health care team (i.e. nursing, MD, Case management), team player, strong time management skills, be self-directed, flexible and able to multitask. Required Certifications: MA OT licensure, CPR certification (AHA BLS healthcare provider)Preferred Experience: Familiarity in working with patients in a hospital setting, ICU experience would be an added bonus.
