Working collaboratively with individuals, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams, the Occupational Therapist contributes to the assessment process, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and provides therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings. Through evidence-based practices, individualized supports, and collaborative partnerships, we empower those we serve to strengthen independence, enhance daily functioning, build meaningful relationships, and succeed in their homes, schools, workplaces, and communities.
