Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Adult & pediatric ICUs, Level 2 pediatric & adult trauma center, primary stroke center, same day discharge joint program, trauma, neuro, ortho, general med surg., oncology, peds inpatient rehab program, adult inpatient rehab program and stroke specialty program. - Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: ADL evaluation, documentation justifying next level of care, strong verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, strong teamwork skills.
