In close collaboration with patients, families (as defined by the patient), and staff across all disciplines and departments, this physician will be responsible for seeing ENT patients in clinic, performing outpatient ENT procedures, assisting with designing infrastructure and workflows to improve access to care, supporting evidence-based practice and improved efficiency, as well as coordinating surgical care delivery. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 5 years of ENT experience with 2 years in leadership experience.
