The Dental Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) Investigator/Auditor is responsible for conducting retrospective and prospective reviews, investigations, and audits of dental providers to identify potential fraud, waste, abuse, overpayments, and non-compliant billing practices. This position analyzes provider claims and clinical documentation, conducts audits, develops investigative findings, supports recovery efforts, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements.
