<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Awake Overnight Caregiver (DSP) – Mankato Area</b><br/><br/><b>Job Purpose</b>:<br/>The Direct Support Professional (Awake Overnight) plays a vital role in providing reliable, compassionate overnight care to individuals with disabilities served by Harry Meyering Center. This position requires staying awake throughout the shift to ensure a safe, calm environment, respond to needs or emergencies, and offer reassurance and support as they arise. Responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, monitoring health and safety, completing documentation, and helping maintain a comfortable, secure home.
