Onni Bellevue is Downtown Bellevue’s next landmark address — a three-tower, 800,000+ SF development bringing office, retail, hotel, and residential together on a single downtown super block in the Skyscraper Core, steps from Bellevue Downtown Station, with excavation underway since July 2026 and delivery set for 2030. You will prepare the project labor schedule and budget for all assigned projects, coordinate activities of all onsite consultants, engineers, inspectors and subcontractors, and Onni site labor, and provide the leadership, planning, organization, direction, coordination, and control to meet the profit and growth objectives on all projects assigned.
