ABOUT SISTERREACH : SisterReach, founded in October 2011, is a Memphis, TN-based grassroots 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting the reproductive autonomy of Black women, women and girls of color, poor and rural women, LGBTQIA+ and gender expansive people, and their families through the framework of Reproductive and Sexual Justice. POSITION OVERVIEW : Community Care Connector is a full-time, non-clinical community health worker responsible for helping people navigating their reproductive and sexual health, substance use, and may be living at the intersections of one or more additional social or health disparities (i.e. food insecurity, intimate partner violence, housing instability, and poverty).
