Key Responsibilities: • Lead, supervisor, and direct overnight stock associates to ensure efficient execution of receiving, processing, and replenishment activities • Assign workload, set priorities, and manage task flow to meet nightly operational goals • Ensure customer-facing areas and stockroom are fully stocked, organized, and prepared for store opening • Execute and oversee floor moves, merchandising changes, and special operational projects as directed by store leadership • Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies, damages, or operational risks • Provide real-time guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to overnight associates • Support onboarding and training of new overnight team members • Serve as the primary overnight point of contact for store leadership • Communicate nightly progress, challenges, and handoff notes to day leadership team • Support store leadership with operational insights and improvement opportunities. Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • 1-2+ years of retail operations or stockroom experience, with prior lead or supervisory experience preferred • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, overnight environment • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and leadership • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, push, pull, or move objects of at least 25 pounds • Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing • Ability to work an overnight shift from 9:30PM-6:30AM/10PM-7AM that meets the business needs, including weekends and holidays.
