Possession of a Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy, Art Therapy or a behavioral science field, or possession of a bachelors degree in Nursing and licensed by the State of Oregon, or possession of a bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy and licensed by the State of Oregon; OR second year graduate students waivered as QMHPs by the Oregon Health Authority. The incumbent in this position upholds confidentiality rules/regulations including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Services may be delivered in person or via telehealth; services may be delivered in the following locations, but not limited to office or in the community including settings necessary to deliver addiction counseling services (e.g., BHCC, schools, hospitals, jail, courtroom, residences including transitional treatment bed).
