Ability to develop and release Systems Engineering Artifacts, including but not limited to Specifications, Technical Document Architectures, Concept of Operations, Algorithm and Architecture Design Document, Interconnect Diagrams, Interface Control Documents, Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports, System Analysis Plans, System Inspection Plans, Configured Items Lists, Deployment Plans and Procedures. This requisition may be filled as either a Level 2 or Level 3. Basic Qualifications Level 2: Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance at the time of application with the ability to obtain a Counter-Intelligence (CI) polygraph (Poly).
