<h3>Psychiatry Opportunities in West Virginia!!</h3><p>Come practice contemporary Psychiatry in a true outdoorsman’s paradise. This is a well established and burgeoning hospital employed practice. Facility is state of the art and just 4 years old. Primarily general adult practice with some geriatrics. There is no child/adolescent census. Mix of approximately 60% inpatient/40% outpatient. Call is 1-2 nights per week (telephone only) and 1 weekend a month (with rounding). Hospital is offering a very competitive base salary, generous WRVU productivity bonus, and complete benefits package including paid malpractice, health/dental insurance, 401k, PTO, CME, relocation and much more. Student loan repayment options are also available. It is a thriving area, located in beautiful southern West Virginia.</p><p>This is a hospital employed position for a staff Psychiatrist. This is a 52 bed facility consisting of one 34 bed adult unit and a separate 18 bed Geriatric unit. Clinical responsibilities for the position are for the Adult unit. There are three other psychiatrists on staff. Call is 1x4 and is telephone only during weekdays. The hospital is offering a competitive base salary, incentive bonus and complete benefits package. Academic affiliation with nearby WVU in Morgantown is possible. This area qualifies as a medically underserved, and loan repayment options are available.</p><p>This is a hospital employed practice in a fantastic family oriented community just a little over an hour to Washington DC and Baltimore. Hospital is looking for two psychiatrists to join a well established and growing program. This is a 30 bed adult only inpatient unit. ECT is available if desired. Hospitalist service covers most medical consults. There is a burgeoning outpatient practice as well, with the outpatient clinic very close to the hospital. Call will be a very manageable 1x4, and includes weekend rounding. These positions also include a faculty position and academic rank with WVU.</p><p>This position in South Charleston, WV is a 100% adult and geriatric inpatient position. There is no Child & Adolescent census, nor any outpatient component to the position. Facility has a 12 bed inpatient unit and separate 12 bed addiction unit. Practice a full-range of adult/geriatric psychiatry, including some addiction medicine and med-psych. Call is 1x4 and does include some weekend rounding. Weekday call is telephone only. Practice has EMR. Hospital by-laws require the physician be board certified if more than 5 years removed from training.
