HOUR

Overview:
Provide direct service in a GLE/SIE residential setting. Help Persons Served (PS) in residence overcome barriers to, and prepare for, living independently. Implement PS Treatment Plan support interventions as assigned. Administer PS medications following Medication Administration Program (MAP) policies and procedures. Provide crisis interventions to PS when needed. Provide physical site maintenance. Ensure a safe, comfortable and clean environment. SIGN ON BONUS: $1.5K

Responsibilities:
• Help orient PS who are new to the residence. • Collaborate with Integrated Team members as needed to address needs of PS. Implement PS  Treatment Plan interventions as directed by the by Team LPHA Clinician.  • Perform day-to-day assignments as directed by the Program Director.  • Use recovery-oriented, person-centered, harm-reduction, trauma-informed, culturally competent and strengths-based approaches with PS. • Adhere to safety, maintenance, Human Rights and other operational policies and procedures. • Comply with physical site licensing standards and regulations. • Store, administer, document and dispose of PS medication consistent with Medication Administration Program (MAP) requirements, funding source regulations and company policy, ifapplicable. Ensure program compliance with Vinfen MAP protocols. Teach PS medicationmanagement. • Create opportunities for PS to participate in the smooth operation of the residence, including participating in meal preparation, physical site maintenance, etc. • Encourage social interaction between residents and help create a collaborative environment wherePS, family, friends, and others important in the lives of PS are welcome, respected and valued. Serve as a resource for neighbors. • Help PS prepare meals. • Act as an advocate for PS. ACCS GLE/SIE Residential Counselor - PRD 2 • Participate in trainings; attend supervision and staff meetings as requested.  • Assist with the orientation of new staff. • Complete all required documentation. • Contribute to program’s quality improvement goals and objectives. • Help PS use crisis intervention techniques when necessary. Access on-call back up when needed. • Support the provision of evidence-based practices and best practices to PS, including Motivational Interviewing; Harm Reduction; Housing First; Stages of Change; Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP); Seeking Safety and Cognitive Behavioral interventions. • Complete incident documentation as needed. • Perform physical site maintenance activities following maintenance schedule • Perform other related duties, as assigned. Knowledge and Skills: • Strong commitment to the right and ability of PS to live, work, have meaningful relationships and receive the resources and supports needed in their community of choice • Skills and competence to establish supportive trusting relationships with PS, families and neighbors  • Sensitivity to the cultural, religious, ethnic, disability and gender issues • Ability to balance competing priorities • Ability to make independent judgments and decisions • Ability to work in a professional and confidential capacity • Knowledge of personal computer applications and equipment

Qualifications:
<div>Typical Requirements:</div><div>• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate’s degree in a human service discipline  preferred. • One year as a residential counselor in a setting working with PS facing mental health challenges preferred. • One to two years of job-specific experience in the human services field preferred. • Preference given to bilingual/bicultural applicants and applicants with lived experience of psychiatric conditions.</div><div> </div><div>Driving Requirements:</div><div>Driving is a requirement for this position using either a Vinfen van or personal vehicle. - If using a personal vehicle, you must possess and maintain adequate insurance as well as maintain a safe driving record which is subject to annual checks. Pay Range:
USD $20.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.

Role Summary:
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for overdelivering on the internal and external customer experience at our service locations. The ideal candidate will possess the technical acumen and the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. If you're able to think quickly on your feet, have a go-getter attitude, possess great communication skills, and have a passion for adventure, then we want you on the team. You will be working with our internal partners every day to assist with service needs and coordinate with our Service, Vehicle and Delivery Operations, and Field Service Engineer teams. This role will require a dynamic and resourceful leader with excellent oral and written communications skills, who will foster cross functional interaction and champion a culture of continuous improvement to support Service teams and customers within a Service center. To be successful in this role, you must have a customer-first approach, thrive in ambiguous and unexpected environments, tackling all challenges with a creative and flexible mindset. Experience in automotive, process standardization, continuous improvement, and managing escalations is a plus.   

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Follow Rivian repair procedures with efficiency without compromising quality and safety</li><li>Perform or assist with assigned diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections on vehicles</li><li>Assist or support vehicle repairs in a setting outside of a service center</li><li>Conduct road tests on vehicles to ensure quality of the repair</li><li>Perform necessary parts operations such as parts ordering, receiving, shipping and inventory</li><li>Stay up to date with technical skills and required training</li><li>Support campaigns and containment initiatives   </li><li>Maintain and process accurate expense reporting as needed</li><li>Maintain high quality work and efficiency while working with little supervision</li><li>Work with a collaborative attitude and team spirit in an ever-changing, dynamic environment </li><li>Provide service support to the field to support the Service organization</li><li>Ability to perform duties and communicate with a high level of professionalism, in a customer facing environment</li><li>Ability to properly document repairs completed and in process</li><li>This role may transition from remote to on-site and require in-person work, on-site at the service center should one be opened within 90 miles or 2 hours of the employee’s assigned remote work location.</li><li>Travel to locations to support as required until the local Service Center opens, including but not limited to, production plant</li><li>Operate remotely until the local service center opens, if applicable</li><li>This role may require regular interaction with customers and their families, 3rd party affiliates, and suppliers within Rivian facilities, on mobile service routes, or at community outreach events. </li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School Diploma, GED, or other recognized high school equivalency credential preferred.</li><li>Graduated from an accredited automotive repair school preferred</li><li>5 or more years experience in a traditional automotive repair shop preferred</li><li>Proficient in using hand tools and power tools</li><li>Proficient in navigating a laptop or computer in a windows or Mac environment</li><li>Know basics of diagnosis and workflows</li><li>Able to read electrical schematics</li><li>Limited Diagnostic exposure</li><li>Understands how high voltage and low voltage electricity works (basic electricity theory)</li><li>Able to perform tire repair and vehicle alignment</li><li>Some hybrid repair background is a plus</li><li>Can diagnose and explain basic vehicle electronic communications like the CAN Bus system</li><li>Ability to drive non-commercial truck and trailer preferred</li><li>Limited travel may be required depending on business need</li><li>Must possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record</li><li>No driving related suspensions or revocation of Driver License (within a 3-5year period)</li><li>Parts department and billing experience preferred</li><li>Experience using a work order management system including repair documentation</li><li>Experience working in start-up environments preferred</li><li>Exhibits patience and eagerness to learn</li><li>Remains positive when dealing with difficult situations</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills along with attention to detail</li><li>Physical exertion may be required to perform occupational tasks (sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs)</li><li>Frequent use of hands for purposes of grasping and using tools correctly, entering data, writing communications, or calling customers or internal partners</li><li>Ability to read and speak fluent English</li><li>Ability to see, read and interpret documents such as governmental regulations, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions or schematics.</li><li>Minimum age of 21.</li><li>Must be available for a regular schedule of 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays, according to business need. Shifts may include evening, overnight, or early morning hours</li></ul>*Night shift hours vary by location. Field Service Technicians on the night shift will receive a 15% hourly shift differential on top of base hourly pay between the hours of 6PM-6AM.

Pay Disclosure:
The hourly range for this role is $25.88 - $38.10 for Massachusetts based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and part-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26, including but not limited to paid vacation, paid sick leave, and a competitive portfolio of insurance benefits including life, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability insurance, and long-term disability insurance to eligible employees.
