This role includes stocking, cleaning, and assisting customers while maintaining a safe and organized environment. What You’ll Do <ul><li>Assist customers during overnight hours. </li><li>Operate the register and handle transactions. </li><li>Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise. </li><li>Maintain store cleanliness and organization. </li><li>Complete overnight cleaning and restocking tasks. </li><li>Communicate issues to management as needed. </li></ul>What We’re Looking For <ul><li>Reliable and dependable attendance. </li><li>Comfortable working overnight shifts. </li><li>Strong attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to remain active throughout the duration of the shift. </li><li>Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. </li><li>Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including standing, walking, and physical tasks throughout the duration of the shift.</li></ul>Work Environment This role requires standing, walking, stocking merchandise, and general cleaning throughout the shift. Location & Scheduling Flexibility Hometown Markets operates three locations in Owosso (Southside, Westown, and Eastside). Employees are assigned a primary location, but shift and location preferences may be discussed during the interview process. Overnight shifts are staffed with at least two team members, ensuring a team-based work environment.
