Key Responsibilities:** + 30% Incident Management & Response - Examine complex and escalated incident reports to guide security operators and business leaders to ensure timely resolution Collaborate with business partners to maintain global security systems and applications + 40% Leadership & Development - Attract, hire, and onboard new talent to the team, as needed Monitor and guide work activity for team through the coordination, organization, and proper distribution of work Supervise team and individual performance against goals, ensures accountability for performance and provide training and development opportunities. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams + Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences + Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + 3+ years of demonstrated experience working in the security control room, security operations environment, and/or 911 dispatch experience.
