In this role, you will: • Serve as a key day-to-day contact on a key account, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables • Partner closely with internal teams across design, merchandising, product development, production, and operations to ensure seamless execution • Support product development from concept through delivery, helping to drive on-time and on-target outcomes • Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations that support business growth • Monitor weekly sales and performance reporting, translating data into actionable insights • Conduct market and competitive research to inform trends, opportunities, and strategy • Manage product approvals across fit, construction, trims, and color execution • Coordinate with overseas partners on costing, production timelines, and delivery schedules • Help troubleshoot and resolve challenges across orders, production, and logistics • Maintain organized and accurate records including order books, sample tracking, and production status • Support preparation for key meetings, market appointments, and showroom presentations. 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, merchandising, or a related role (apparel preferred) Experience supporting major retail accounts; familiarity with Walmart is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with Miro and Airtable is a plus Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into next steps Bachelor's degree preferred.
