Qualifications and Educational Requirements: Required Experience, Skills: Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, Business Administration A minimum of 5 years in a previous subcontract management role or roles similar which demonstrated the understanding of supply chain management, subcontract/PO/PSA negotiations, legal terminology, and or more. Preferred Experience, Skills: Government subcontracts with knowledge of FARS and DFARS Basic knowledge and understanding of Incoterms Knowledge of the Maritime Industry; particularly Vessels and Offshore capabilities.
