p>• Own the seasonal footwear assortment strategy across key categories • Analyze sales, margin, inventory, and customer data to inform buying decisions and optimize assortment depth and breadth • Identify emerging trends, key brands, and white-space opportunities aligned with brand positioning and customer demand • Build and manage seasonal buy plans that align with financial targets and growth objectives • Negotiate pricing, terms, exclusives, and promotional support to maintain margin and differentiation. • Existing relationships with key footwear brands, such as Nike, On, Adidas, New Balance, and Salomon • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Strong commercial and trend acumen coupled with data-driven decision making • Experience with footwear product development • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
