This role partners with Product Development, NPI, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Compliance, and external suppliers to create innovative packaging solutions that provide superior product protection while driving sustainability, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. The engineer will lead packaging development activities from concept through production, focusing on sustainable materials, elimination of unnecessary plastics, packaging optimization, transportation efficiency, reusable packaging solutions, and global compliance requirements.
