The School Psychiatric Prescriber demonstrated sound clinical judgment, strong knowledge of child and adolescent behavioral health, and the ability to provide trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive, and evidence-based psychiatric care within a school-based setting. The School Psychiatric Prescriber works as an integral member of an interdisciplinary team and collaborates with students, families, educators, clinicians, school leadership, and community-based providers to support students with complex behavioral health needs.
