The qualifications of the Warehouse Associate include, but are not limited to: • 1-3 year(s) of previous Warehouse experience required • Ability to operate a forklift required • Data entry skills, scanning, organization, and multi-tasking are required • Prior computer experience including Microsoft Office, common carrier shipping software, and online tracking and mapping tools • Basic math skills • Ability to read and follow directions to complete work in a timely manner • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to meet daily deadlines • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent problem-solving skills • Must be detail oriented • Must adhere to all safety rules and requirements • Keep Warehouse, work area clean and organized. • Education: High School Diploma or GED • Physical Demand: Ability to lift 50 lbs., involves extensive standing, sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending, and repetitive movements • Working Conditions: Warehouse Distribution environment with possible exposure to dirt, heat, and noise • Training/Certifications: N/A • Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm M-F based on business needs • Overtime: Some OT may be required • Travel: N/A.
