Basic skills and knowledge to work outside of normal Facilities duties completing tasks such as drywall repair and painting, carpentry, assembly and disassembly of cubicle systems, inventory management, snow removal, place deicing materials on sidewalks, and computerized building automation/management systems, as well as other miscellaneous maintenance duties to ensure Production is ready at all times. The duties of this position require standing for long periods of time, frequently working on ladders, scaffolds, and lifts; frequent kneeling, running, sitting, crouching, crawling, twisting, grasping and walking can be expected along with frequent lifting equipment up to 40 pounds and/or moving of equipment and materials up to 100 pounds.
