Learns the proper use of maintenance documentation which is required under cGMPs (i.e. Maintenance Work Order system, Preventative Maintenance Documentation forms, SOP documentation, and the use of Equipment Log Books). Assists Maintenance Mechanic II in basic repairs on machinery such as counters, fillers, cappers, labelers, unscramblers, conveyors, and other related equipment.
