Working closely with clients and project teams, the Systems Analyst evaluates existing systems, identifies gaps, defines functional and technical requirements, and supports solution design, integration, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes , including functional analysis, configuration, integrations, process mapping, testing, troubleshooting, and functional specifications.
