Spark's packaging engineering team is seeking a Packaging Technical Program Manager to lead the scheduling, risk management, and status communication for innovative packaging programs, collaborating closely with packaging engineers to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions tailored for the Megafactory. In this role, you will partner with a broad cross-functional team-including supply chain, design, planning, manufacturing, and material flow stakeholders-to identify, prioritize, and execute packaging projects that support production ramp-up and drive overall cost reductions.
