As the organization’s senior generator specialist, this role delivers Level 2 (L2) technical support, leads complex diagnostics, performs root-cause analysis, trains technicians, and supports customer and vendor engagements. Embedded within Integra’s manufacturing operations (Akron, Harrow, Houston, etc.), this role provides full lifecycle technical leadership—from equipment build and testing to field commissioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing service performance.
