Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required: Completion of at least one year, preferably two years, of bachelor''s-level studies in Packaging, Packaging Science, Packaging Engineering, Packaging Technology, or a related field; Currently pursuing a bachelor''s degree in Packaging, Packaging Science, Packaging Engineering, Packaging Technology, or a related discipline; Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel; Excellent organizational skills; Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Through collaboration with both the Technical Packaging Engineering Center of Excellence and site packaging engineering teams, this role provides valuable experience in packaging development, manufacturing support, and cross-functional project execution.
