<strong>The Role</strong><br/><br/>To obtain traceability of raw ingredients, packaging materials, blends and finish goods throughout the vault and warehouse.<br/><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br/><ul><li>Print production schedule to determine which work orders are needed</li><li>Ensure every production line has printed work orders</li><li>Print the specification of finished goods</li><li>Produce pallet ticket for every finished good</li><li>Produce replacement or missing pallet tickets when required and log them in the inventory journal</li><li>Log all pallet inspection forms and follow procedure for production inspection</li><li>Verification of product and quantity of partial pallet before it is brought back to the production line</li><li>Coverage of co-workers during break and lunch</li><li>Cycle count raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and non - conforming materials daily.</li><li>Ensure materials are in proper locations.
