Upon acceptance of the aforementioned offer of employment, along with all contingencies outlined, you acknowledge that if your employment with HII ends due to your resignation and/or a termination for violation of any NNS' Yard Regulation before the completion of 12 consecutive months of employment, you must reimburse the company the full amount of any sign-on bonus received, including withheld taxes incurred by the company on your behalf. If the company institutes legal proceedings to recover any repayment amount due, in addition to the principal amount, you understand and agree that if the company prevails, you will be responsible to pay the company's costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs.
