<div>Custom Agronomics - Palm City, FL - Liquid fertilizer company.</div><div><br/></div><div><strong>Job Title:</strong> Packaging/Forklift Operator.<br/><br/>Custom Agronomics is looking for a team player who is a self-starter, eager to learn, and wants to grow with a great company.<br/><br/>Pay based on experience.<br/><strong><br/>We hire for:</strong></div><ul><li>Great attitude.</li><li>Dedication</li><li>Team player</li><li>Likes working for a growing company.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>Entry-level position and job duties include and are subject to change without notice:</div><ul><li>Working safely in the packaging area.</li><li>Must be PPE trained on specific required safety gear for the area.</li><li>Packaging all liquid fertilizers in accordance with the daily production schedule.</li><li>Maintain a clean work environment.</li><li>Demonstrate competence with company safety standards.</li><li>Report any incidents/ accidents to your lead and/or manager right away.</li><li>Work closely with other team members.</li><li>Meet physical requirements including lifting and standing while wearing proper PPE.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.</li><li>Enduring the heat and humidity.</li><li>Keep yourself hydrated.</li><li>Running all packaging line equipment.</li><li>Implementing packaging line quality control.</li><li>Operation of all machines on the packaging line.</li><li>Must perform all other duties as needed.</li><li>Maintain a clean work environment.</li><li>Demonstrate competence with company safety standards.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Experience using a forklift.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Able to lift heavy objects (50 lbs repetitively).</li><li>Must be able to start immediately.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div>Please email a detailed work history.<br/><br/></div><div>Seeking full-time team members to support daily production efforts.<br/><br/></div><div>Position involves repetitive heavy lifting, bending, and stooping, and the ability to stand on your feet for 8-hour shifts.</div>
