This is a hands-on role working with part preparation, masking, and packaging. No prior experience in powder coating is required—we provide training.If you’re someone who takes pride in doing things right, works well with your hands, and wants a stable full-time position, we’d like to talk to you.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do: Production / Masking (Pre-Coating):<ul><li>Apply tape, plugs, and caps to protect specific areas of parts before coating</li><li>Follow work orders, drawings, and instructions carefully</li><li>Inspect parts for cleanliness and defects before coating</li><li>Remove masking materials after coating</li></ul>Packaging & Shipping:<ul><li>Package finished parts to prevent damage during transit</li><li>Use materials such as foam, wrap, boxes, and pallets</li><li>Label and prepare orders for shipment</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading shipments</li><li>Perform final inspections before packaging</li></ul>General Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and company standards</li><li>Work with the team to meet daily production goals</li><li>Perform basic quality checks on finished parts</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Reliable and consistent attendance</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and stay organized</li><li>Team-oriented mindset</li><li>Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs </li></ul>

You’ve likely spent a couple of years in a shipping or warehouse role and understand how important accuracy and timing are when it comes to getting orders out the door. You’re comfortable using computers, working with shipping carriers, and moving materials throughout a facility.
