Quest KACE SMA (K1000) : Maintain appliance operations, deploy and monitor KACE Agents, configure Smart Labels (LDAP/filter queries), run discovery scans, schedule automated KScripts (with Verify/Remediate logic), build custom SQL reports, and manage Service Desk queues. The Engineer in this role will also serve as a key administrator for enterprise endpoint management tools, specifically Quest KACE SMA and HCL BigFix, while building automated IT workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint Online.
