Provide direct patient care on a combined 30-bed unit encompassing 22 Acute Care beds and 8 Neuro Stepdown beds, maintaining appropriate patient ratios (6:1 Acute Care, 4:1 Neuro Stepdown). Operate and monitor specialized equipment including Vapotherm, BiPAP, tracheostomies, titrating cardiac drips, high-flow oxygen, chest tubes, suction, and various IV drips.
