Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PACU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10:00 - 20:30 Experience: Minimum 2 years of inpatient PACU experience, charge experience preferred License: Active compact nursing license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have: - 2 years inpatient PACU experience with general, ortho, and neuro patients - Experience with vasoactive drip titration - Rotation between Phase I and Phase II PACU Description: All previous permanent employees of any affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. Common patient diagnoses include surgeries such as hernia repair, laparoscopy for appendicitis, colon resections, gynecological procedures, and orthopedic surgeries.
