This is a Monday-Friday position, 10AM - 6PM <br/><br/></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Assist the main contractor with daily construction tasks</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans</li><li>Operate and maintain power tools and construction equipment</li><li>Prepare job sites, load/unload materials, and keep work areas clean</li><li>Follow instructions accurately and work efficiently as part of a team</li><li>Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>MUST have prior construction experience</strong> (this is not an entry-level position)</li><li>Ability to read and understand schematics and building plans</li><li>Proficiency with power tools and general construction equipment</li><li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li><li>Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to take direction </li></ul><div><br/><strong>Preferred:</strong></div><ul><li>Experience working alongside a licensed contractor</li><li>Familiarity with multiple phases of construction </li></ul>
