Responsibilities: Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, masking, priming, patching, caulking, and repairing damaged areas. The Facilities Painter maintains and improves the appearance and protection of EAS facilities through professional surface preparation, repair, painting, and coating work.
