p>The ideal candidate has experience preparing court filings, estate and fiduciary accountings, and tax returns; assisting with estate administration tasks; drafting and finalizing legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate plans; conducting legal research on trust, estates, tax regulations, and relevant case law; assisting with trust administration tasks; communicating with clients to gather necessary information, provide updates on case progress, and address inquiries; and organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files. In addition, they are looking for someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook), and someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, is a team player, demonstrates a positive and professional attitude, works well with colleagues and clients, manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced office, has strong attention to detail, and has good judgment and decision-making ability.
