Job Overview: This position will assist the in-house litigation team in many aspects of legal matters and cases including performing legal research, organizing documents, assisting with and preparing basic pleadings, responding to discovery requests and production of documents, working with witnesses to gather relevant information and documents for case preparation, and managing outside counsel's adherence to policies, procedures, and budgets.
