CH has an extensive portfolio of leases, licenses and session agreements that are administered by an external firm, Colliers, and the Colliers database system also includes all CH-owned properties; the paralegal will receive training from Colliers and access to the database system and will be expected to generate data reports on leases and CH-owned properties as requested by the attorney and CH Facilities unit.
