Duties will include but are not limited to preparing and filing trademark applications, responses to office actions, statements of use, various declarations, IR/Madrid international applications, WIPO renewals, CPI docketing and reporting, due diligence, TTAB proceedings, preparing cost estimates for filing applications and renewals, drafting and filing copyright applications, conducting due diligence related to patents, copyrights, and domain names, and handling reporting notices received from foreign associates, USPTO, WIPO, TTAB, and the Copyright Office. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail oriented, and experienced in handling US and foreign trademark portfolio management, trademark searches, prosecution, enforcement, and conducting research.
