Williams Mullen is seeking a Trusts & Estates paralegal for our Virginia Beach office who will establish and maintain strong relationships with trustees, executors, beneficiaries, investment advisors, accountants, insurance agents, appraisers and court officials throughout the process of administering assigned trusts and estates. Drafting or assistance with drafting affidavits, statements, schedules, settlements, orders, tax returns, accountings and documents to effect transfer and distribution of assets to beneficiaries.
