Responsibilities include oversight of parking equipment and systems, troubleshooting operational issues, supporting credential and validation workflows, monitoring traffic patterns, conducting audits, coordinating field trip bus parking, training staff, and assisting with event parking logistics.
A wide variety of operational and guest service-related duties are performed both indoors and outdoors.
•Communicate staffing or operational concerns to management as appropriate
•Assist with management and troubleshooting of parking systems, including ticket dispensers, pay-on-foot stations, validation systems, QR credential access, parking software platforms, points of sale and gate equipment.
