The ideal candidate will have strong neonatal nursing experience and be comfortable caring for newborns in a high-acuity NICU environment, supporting families with breastfeeding initiation, medication administration, neonatal assessments, and multidisciplinary care planning. The RN will provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients while utilizing the nursing process, evidence-based practices, clinical technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration to promote safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
