Jamestown JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION/LEVEL: Parking Enforcement Associate - Traffic Director FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt DEPT/OFFICE: Ancillary Revenue, Parking DATE: March 2026 REPORTS TO: Operations Manager JOB SUMMARY: The Parking Enforcement Associate - Traffic Director plays a key role in supporting Jamestown's commitment to Integrity, Responsibility, and Excellence by ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming parking experience for all tenants, visitors, and community members. IMPORTANT JOB FUNCTIONS: Physical Requirements: Carrying, lifting, pulling or pushing items weighing up to 50 pounds Frequently standing up and moving about the facility Frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility Frequently bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing and crawling License Requirement: The individual will only be required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license, with a current address and acceptable driving record, if the individual is expected to be able to drive a company vehicle or drive on company business.
