The Associate Director, Product Operations - Measurement & Reporting will guide and lead the enterprise measurement and reporting problem space for the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM), helping Amgen measure, understand, and improve adoption, maturity, team health, and product artifact quality across product teams, product groups, and business functions. This leader will translate the DPOM roadmap into coherent measurement strategy, integrate quantitative and qualitative signals, guide senior cross-functional partners through trade-offs, and ensure reporting drives better decisions about where to focus coaching, enablement, investment, and operating-model improvement.
